Q: What do I get each race week?
A: Each week, you’ll receive a clean, branded pre-race graphic and post-race graphic, delivered in time for you to post on your social media platforms. We don’t write or post anything in this package—just the visuals.
Q: Can I order extras throughout the season?
A: Yes! You can add extra printed banners, win graphics, or sponsor shoutouts anytime at add-on pricing. You also get 10% off select non-social media marketing services and merchandise through NEMD and Little Billy Tees.
Q: What if I don’t race every week?
A: You’re only billed for the races you compete in. We’ll work from your schedule and provide graphics ahead of time whenever possible. If you need to add a race on short notice, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please allow up to 48 hours for delivery. We always strive to get you what you need as quickly as possible.
Q: Can I upgrade to a managed package later in the season?
A: Absolutely. If you need help posting or want to step into Race-Ready or Pro Media, we can move you up and adjust billing.
Q: Is the setup fee required?
A: Yes. The setup fee covers the time needed to build your brand kit, season schedule, and all template graphics. It ensures we’re ready to deliver on time each race week and reflects approximately 3.3 hours of design and prep work.
Q: What platforms is this content designed for?
A: All graphics are sized for Facebook by default. If you plan to post on Instagram or Twitter/X, we can provide resized versions as a small add-on. Just let us know which platforms you’ll use, and we’ll make sure your content is optimized accordingly.
