What's your turnaround time?
Most print and apparel orders ship within 3–7 business days. 3D prints are typically faster. Need it sooner? Ask about rush options.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — local pickup is available in the Alfred, ME area. Just let us know when you order.
What file formats do you accept?
Vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg, or a vector-ready .pdf) work best and keep your order free of extra fees. If all you have is a photo or a low-res logo, we can usually recreate it — a small file-prep fee may apply.
Is there a minimum order size?
Nope. We handle everything from a single banner to a full team or event package.
Can I see a proof before it's printed?
