Agreement to Terms
By ordering from NE Marketing Designs, using our quote request forms, or browsing this website, you agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, please don’t use our site or services — and feel free to reach out with questions before ordering.
Our Products & Services
We produce custom printed and branded materials — including banners, decals and stickers, hero cards, plaques, apparel, 3D-printed merchandise, and motorsports marketing/social media management services. Because most of what we make is custom and produced to order, pricing, turnaround time, and specifications may vary by product and are described on each product page or quote.
Orders & Artwork
When you place an order that includes your own artwork, logos, sponsor names, car numbers, or other custom content, you’re confirming that you have the right to use that content and that it doesn’t infringe on anyone else’s trademark, copyright, or other rights. We reserve the right to decline any order or artwork we believe is unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate.
If your artwork isn’t already a vector file and needs to be vectorized before we can print it, we’ll let you know and there may be a small one-time fee for that work, as described on the relevant product page.
Pricing & Payment
Prices listed on our site are current at the time of your order but may change without notice for future orders. Payment is processed securely through WooPayments (Stripe) at the time you place your order, unless otherwise noted for a specific product or service.
Production Time & Shipping
Estimated production and turnaround times are noted on individual product pages and are our best estimate, not a guarantee — they can be affected by order volume, the complexity of your design, and how quickly we receive any files or approvals we need from you. See our Shipping Policy for more on delivery.
Refunds & Cancellations
Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details. In short: because most of our work is custom and made-to-order, we’re generally not able to offer refunds once production has started.
Marketing & Social Media Management Services
Our ongoing marketing and social media management packages are described in detail on their respective pages, including what we need from you (such as sponsor information, race schedules, and timely updates) to do the work well. Continuing to use these services after a change to their terms or pricing means you accept the updated terms.
Intellectual Property
The content of this website — including our own designs, photos, and written content — belongs to NE Marketing Designs and may not be copied or reused without permission. Any custom artwork we create specifically for your order is yours to use for your own purposes once paid for, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
We do our best to get every order right, but to the extent allowed by law, NE Marketing Designs isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
