How long does an order take?
Nightlight and Tabletop light boxes are made to order and ship out quickly. Custom keychains, magnets, and Full Custom designs need a quick file/design confirmation first, so those take a bit longer — we'll always tell you upfront what's realistic.
Do I need a vector logo?
It helps but isn't required. If your logo needs to be vectorized, there's a small one-time fee, and the vector file is yours to keep afterward.
What's the minimum order for keychains or magnets?
Both are sold in batches of 20 or more — great for outfitting a whole team, business, or event with one design.
Can I get something totally custom?
Yes — the Full Custom Light Box is designed completely from scratch around your car, team, or brand. Final price depends on the design.
