What is the pre design process?
We communicate with the client to understand there needs and wants. We explain the printing and ordering process as well as the process once the apparel or designs are live online. Once we agree on all the options we begin the design process updating you along the way. Our process allows us to produce products quickly but with one designer we do experience a back log at times.
Where do you ship from?
All our products are designed and printed in the USA. The products are printed and shipped though Detroit Michigan.
Do you offer bulk orders? I want to sell my products in person.
One of the things that sets Little Billy Tees apart is the fact that you have No Overhead & Inventory Investment. But we can absolutely offer you bulk pricing so you can stock your shelves, the other great thing, realize you are short 5 large shirts, reach out and we can have 5 more shipped directly to you!
Will I make an income off the apparel purchased through the “Host Your Swag On LBT” process?
No, we are able to offer apparel with a very minimal investment from you. We make up for the discounted design fee by collecting the profits from the online sales. You have zero to manage we cover that all for you. We do occasionally spilt the profits as ways to give back and sponsor teams or organizations.
We ordered a custom bulk design now what?
We may request high resolution reference photos, or PDF vector files of your logos etc., if you provide these it will save the design time which will save you money. We make the custom design and send it to you in the agreed upon time for a proof. Once confirmed you can make a bulk order directly through us. The design stays in our system, if you need a few more or a while reorder, just reach out and we can get them shipped directly to you.
What type of shipping do you offer?
We offer, Economy, Ground, 2-day, and overnight shipping options. Our products are ready to ship in Approx. 1-day.
What are your replacement & return policies?
We stand behind the quality of our products & guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge — We typically do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
I have an idea for a funny or vintage design!
PERFECT! We love when people suggest ideas. We don’t always use them, and we might only use a part of the idea, but if we turn your idea into printed material, we will ship you a free piece of apparel with your design as well as a discount code for your next order!
