What We Expect From You
To build your graphics accurately and on time, here's what we'll need after signup.
1. Complete The Onboarding Form
We'll send you a short form to collect your team colors, car number, driver name, sponsor list, and social handles. This is required before we start designing.
2. Submit Sponsor Logos And Your Race Schedule
Please send sponsor logos in vector format (EPS, AI, or high-res PDF) if available, along with your race schedule so we can build your season graphics.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I get all my content at once?
Yes. This is a pre-built graphics package delivered in advance or early in the season so that you have everything ready when race week comes. You post the graphics yourself; no written articles or social media management is included.
What if my schedule changes or I add races?
No problem. The base package includes 20 races, and we'll add additional graphics at $15 per race if your schedule grows. Please allow up to 48 hours for any updated or replacement graphics. NEMD will also include graphics that do not include track names or dates, so if you have a change of schedule on short notice, you can use these branded graphics along with your written content to announce short-notice changes in schedule.
What if I want to add written content later?
The Complete Season Graphics package is designed as a one-time, pre-built visual solution for your team. If you're looking to add written content, we recommend upgrading to one of our full-service packages. However, if you'd like Season Preview Graphics / Articles to go with your graphics package, that can be added as a one-time option. All other written content, including race recaps or sponsor articles, are reserved for our managed service clients to ensure timely delivery and quality support.
Is this good for teams that travel or run select events?
Absolutely. Since it's all created in advance, you don't have to worry about weekly deadlines. You post the content as you go.
Can I get printed banners or win graphics?
Yes! We offer a full list of add-ons, including win banners, thank-you plaques, and printed schedule displays — everything you'd expect from a full-service sign shop. You and your sponsors also receive 5% off NEMD and Little Billy Tees products and services.
What platforms is this content designed for?
All graphics are sized for Facebook by default. If you plan to post on Instagram or X, we can provide resized versions as a small add-on. Just let us know which platforms you'll use, and we'll make sure your content is optimized accordingly.
