What We Expect From You
To get started and deliver your content efficiently, here's what we'll need from your team.
1. Complete The Onboarding Questionnaire
After you sign up, we'll send you a link to our Social Media Setup Form. This form gathers everything we need to build your graphic templates and organize your schedule. It includes space to upload your driver info, car number, team colors, sponsors, social handles, etc. This all-inclusive form helps us understand your team/driver better, allowing more detailed, customized, and engaging content. Completing this form is required before content production begins.
2. Submit Sponsor Logos (Vector Format)
We ask that all sponsor logos be submitted in vector format (EPS, AI, or high-res PDF) to ensure your graphics are clean and professional. If you don't have access to vector files, you can request these from the company that designed/wrapped the race car. Clear logos help us showcase your partners the way they deserve.
3. Provide Race Schedule and Car Photos (As Available)
Please share your intended race schedule and a few quality images of your car as soon as they're available. Photos don't have to be studio-quality — trackside shots or early-season images work just fine to get everything started. Once you've hit the track, we'll coordinate with local track and freelance photographers to source professional-quality images for your branded content.

What's the difference between this and the Race-Ready Package?
This package includes more frequent content, expanded sponsor support, in-depth brand management, hero cards, thank-you banners, apparel design, and a fully branded website/store setup. It's ideal for teams looking to elevate their presence across every touchpoint — online and at the track.
Can I customize what's included?
Yes. This package is built around your needs. Some teams don't need a website, others don't want weekly engagement posts — we'll adjust the price to fit your plan.
Who handles sponsor content and updates?
We do — but successful sponsor content starts with strong communication. While we manage the creative, copywriting, and posting, it's important that either your team or your sponsors reach out to share their goals, messaging, or any active marketing strategies. The more we know about their objectives, the better we can align our content with their brand.
If a sponsor is planning a full campaign or has specific messaging needs, we're happy to work directly with their marketing team to develop the content they're looking for. We're flexible and can adapt to the level of involvement each sponsor requires.
If your sponsor doesn't have a dedicated marketing team, we also offer campaign development services through NE Marketing Designs. All of your sponsors receive the same discount you do on NEMD and Little Billy Tees services and products.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Yes — due to the level of planning, design, and brand development involved in this package, we ask that teams commit to a one-year partnership. This ensures we can invest the time and resources needed to build and manage your team's complete media and marketing strategy.
Our goal is always to make this a successful and collaborative relationship. If at any point you're unsatisfied with the direction or results, we encourage you to reach out so we can realign the strategy and ensure you're getting the representation your team deserves.
Is the setup fee required?
Yes. This covers the time required to build your brand kit, season schedule, and all graphic templates. The fee ranges from $500–$1,000 depending on the size and scope of your team and reflects approximately 8–17 hours of design and planning time, ensuring a fully developed and customized content system.
What platforms is this content designed for?
All graphics are sized for Facebook by default. If you plan to post on Instagram or X, we can provide resized versions as a small add-on. Just let us know which platforms you'll use, and we'll make sure your content is optimized accordingly.
